El artículo 452 de la Ley 599 de 2000 quedará así:
Artículo 452. Eximente de responsabilidad penal. Cuando el interno fugado se presentare voluntariamente dentro de las treinta y seis (36) horas siguientes a la evasión, la fuga se tendrá en cuenta únicamente para efectos disciplinarios.
