La sociedad anónima se disolverá:
Por las causales indicadas en el artículo 218;
Cuando ocurran pérdidas que reduzcan el patrimonio neto por debajo del cincuenta por ciento del capital suscrito, y
(Numeral 2, degorado por el parágrafo 2 , del Art. 4 de la Ley 2069 de 2020)
Cuando el noventa y cinco por ciento o más de las acciones suscritas llegue a pertenecer a un solo accionista.
