Programas de saneamiento fiscal y financiero . Las entidades territoriales, que a la fecha de entrada en vigencia de este decreto, se encuentren en alguno de los programas de saneamiento fiscal y financiero, en los términos establecidos en la Ley 617 de 2000, el Decreto 192 de 2001, y las normas que la complementen y desarrollen, continuarán en dichos programas, no obstante el recibo de estos recursos para el prepago de deuda.
