º. Cuando el empleado u obrero llegare a completar en varias empresas, ya sean oficiales o particulares, el tiempo de servicio necesario para tener derecho a la pensión vitalicia de jubilación, el pago de ésta será de cargo de todas las empresas en que hubiere prestado sus servicios, en proporción al tiempo que en cada una de ellas haya servido.
