En casos de embargos judiciales o de litigios que versen sobre aeronaves, el Juez o Magistrado que conozca del asunto, dará el aviso del caso a la Oficina de Registros de la Aeronáutica Civil, para los efectos que las leyes señalan a las cosas que estén fuera de comercio.
