Crease, dependiente del Departamento número 1 (Secretaría General) del Ministerio de Guerra, una Oficina Central de Correspondencia, que tendrá el personal y asignaciones mensuales que enseguida se indican: Un Jefe Registrador, con $85. Dos Registradores Auxiliares, con $ 80 cada uno. Dos Carteros (primero y segundo), con $45 y $30, respectivamente.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Guerra reglamentara por medio de una resolución el sistema sencillo y moderno para el movimiento rápido y eficaz de la correspondencia de ese Despacho.
