Las penas señaladas en los capítulos anteriores, se disminuirán de una tercera parte a la mitad, cuando la conducta se cometa sobre cosa cuyo valor sea inferior a un (1) salario mínimo legal mensual, siempre que el agente no tenga antecedentes penales y que no haya ocasionado grave daño a la víctima, atendida su situación económica.
