El Ministerio de Defensa por intermedio de la Dirección General de Sanidad y la Dirección de Reclutamiento del Ejército, definirá las condiciones clínicas graves e incapacitantes a que se refiere el numeral 2 del artículo 6º de la Ley 1184 de 2008. Hasta tanto esa materia no sea objeto de definición en los términos del presente artículo, se dará aplicación a las disposiciones vigentes.
