ARTICULO 151. Descanso remunerado por lactancia. Las Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, tienen derecho a un lapso de una hora diaria para amamantar a su hijo durante los primeros seis (6) meses de edad, tiempo que puede ser ampliado previo concepto del médico respectivo. Este período no se descontar de la asignación mensual.
