Los Directores de publicaciones oficiales, sean periódicos, revistas o de cualquier otra índole, tienen las mismas obligaciones de los demás editores, y deberán hacer los depósitos de obras en las oficinas a que se refiere el artículo anterior. A falta de Directores tendrá esa obligación la persona responsable de la publicación.
