En ningún caso el Consejo Superior de la Universidad podrá modificar el régimen salarial establecido en el presente Decreto para el personal docente al servicio de la misma. Las normas contenidas en este Decreto solamente podrán ser modificadas, sustituidas o derogadas por disposiciones con fuerza de ley.
