Cuando no se haya pactado expresamente salario, se debe el que ordinariamente se paga por la misma labor, y a falta de éste, el que se fijare tomando en cuenta la cantidad y calidad del trabajo, la aptitud del trabajador y las condiciones usuales de la región. CAPITULO II. SALARIO MINIMO.
