Los contratos celebrados con obreros extranjeros para trabajar en Colombia tendrán fuerza legal, y las autoridades de la Republica prestarán á los empresarios todo el apoyo necesario para que dichos contratos tengan en todas sus partes eficaz cumplimiento.

Exceptuase el caso en que dichos contratos se opongan á Tratados ó Pactos internacionales ó á la Constitución de la República.
