º. Convocar al honorable Congreso de la República a sesiones extraordinarias, a partir del 30 de junio con el objeto de que examine, hasta por un lapso de treinta días, prorrogables, el informe que debe presentar el Gobierno de conformidad con el artículo 215 de la Carta, y se pronuncie sobre la conveniencia y oportunidad de las medidas adoptadas.
