Para los efectos contemplados en el inciso 8º del artículo 1º de la Ley 73, entiéndese por liga de consumidores toda organización constituida mediante la asociación de personas naturales, cuyo objeto sea garantizar la protección, la información, la educación y el respeto de los derechos de los consumidores de bienes y servicios.
