De la evaluación de la tecnología biomédica. De acuerdo con las normas que al respecto expida el Ministerio de Salud, las entidades Promotoras de Salud y entidades que se asimilen y los Prestadores de Servicios de Salud deberán realizar en forma permanente evaluaciones de la tecnología biomédica que utilicen en la prestación de los mismos.
