LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.9.1.8Inspección y vigilancia. Las Direcciones Territoriales de Salud, la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, la Contraloría General de la República, el Ministerio Público, así como el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, cada uno dentro de sus competencias, ejercerán las funciones de inspección, vigilancia y control para hacer efectivos los derechos y servicios de salud a favor de la población en condición de desplazamiento.
