ARTICULO 9o. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial los Decretos 765 y 1971, ambos de 1993 y tiene aplicación hasta el final del último trimestre de 1994, sin perjuicio de que en ese momento se disponga su prórroga.
