Articulo 113. De la aceptación de la renuncia , La aceptación de la renuncia se hará mediante providencia de la autoridad comúnmente y con determinación de la fecha en que debe producirse el retiro, la cual no podrá ser posterior a los treinta (30) días calendarios siguientes a aquel en que se presento la renuncia vencida este plazo sin que se hayan decidido sobre la renuncia el empleo por funcionario inscrito en la carrera administrativa implica el retiro de la misma
