Ley 89 de 1931 · Sobre economías en el personal del Congreso, por la cual se abren varios créditos adicionales y se dictan otras disposiciones

Autorízase al Gobierno para atender con las partidas votadas en el capítulo 63, Artículos 489 a 496, inclusive, de la Ley de apropiaciones de la vigencia fiscal en curso, los gastos que se causen en el cable aéreo de Manizales al Chocó en el presente año.

Parágrafo

Autorizase asimismo al Gobierno para trasladar del capítulo 5° Artículo 9° del Presupuesto vigente, la suma de ciento sesenta pesos ($ 160) para cubrir las asignaciones de dos Escribientes del Consejo de Estado, creados por la Ley 70 de 1930 , en las dos últimas décadas del mes de diciembre de 1930.
