Artículo único. Autorízase al Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos para hacer en la Litografía Nacional una emisión de un millón (1.000,000) de sellos postales de valor de un centavo ($ 0-01), de color verde y con el grabado de las minas de esmeraldas, iguales a las hechas por la Litografía el año de 1935.

Parágrafo

Los gastos que demande esta emisión se imputarán al capítulo 54, artículo 393, del Presupuesto vigente. Comuníquese y publíquese.
