De acuerdo con lo ordenado por el decreto 528 de 1964, y demás normas pertinentes, de las controversias relativas a contratos administrativos en que se hubiere pactado la cláusula de caducidad, conocerá la justicia administrativa, y la ordinaria de las originadas en los demás contratos.
