ARTICULO 6 º Las autoridades Judiciales o de Policía, solo ordenarán las reseñas del sindicado a partir del auto de detención. En los casos en que se requiera conocer previamente los antecedentes, la solicitud se hará por vía informativa. En ambos casos es obligatorio especificar el motivo de la solicitud indicando la identificación personal del procesado. En dicha certificación, se registrarán todas las anotaciones que aparezcan en los respectivos archivos.
