Régimen legal aplicable . Para efectos de la liquidación del Instituto Colombiano de la Participación “Jorge Eliécer Gaitán”, Colparticipar en liquidación, en los aspectos no contemplados en el presente decreto, se tendrá en cuenta lo señalado en el Decreto-ley 254 de 2000 y, en lo pertinente, las disposiciones del Estatuto orgánico del Sistema Financiero y del Código de Comercio sobre liquidación, en cuanto sean compatibles con la naturaleza de la entidad y las normas que lo modifiquen, sustituyan o adicionen.
