Adicionar una función al artículo 11 del Decreto número 4065 de 2011 así: “22) Adoptar, en los temas de competencia de la Unidad Nacional de Protección y en coordinación con la Mesa Técnica de Seguridad y Protección, el Plan Estratégico de Seguridad y Protección para los integrantes del nuevo partido o movimiento político que surja del tránsito de las FARC-EP a la actividad legal, actividades y sedes, así como para los antiguos integrantes de las FARC-EP que se reincorporen a la vida civil. Para sus familias la seguridad y protección se hará de acuerdo al nivel de riesgo”.
