ARTICULO 122 . ACTIVOS NO LIQUIDADOS.- Todos los activos, derechos y obligaciones que aún estuvieren a cargo del Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito un (1) año después de entrar en vigencia este decreto, pasarán por virtud del mismo a propiedad de la Nación -Ministerio de Transporte.
