A partir de la fecha de] presente Decreto suprímese el cargo de Farmacéutico del Departamento de Comercio y Almacenes del Ministerio de Obras Públicas.

Artículo segundo. Créase a partir de la misma fecha el cargo de Almacenista del Departamento de Sanidad del Ministerio de Obras Públicas con asignación mensual de trescientos cincuenta pesos ($ 350), que serán pagados con cargo al Capítulo 103, artículo 2071 del Presupuesto vigente.
