Reserva de 2ª Clase de Suboficiales . La reserva de Segunda Clase de Suboficiales estará constituida por los profesionales sin título universitario, obreros técnicos y empleados que, en caso de movilización puedan ser aprovechados por el Ejército en calidad de Suboficiales de los Servicios, tengan menos de sesenta (60) años de edad y sean físicamente aptos.
