El beneficiario de un permiso de los que trata el presente Decreto, tendrá derecho preferente para contratar la exploración y explotación de los minerales, mediante concesión convenida con arreglo a las disposiciones del Decreto 805 de 1947 y en la extensión que autoriza el estatuto últimamente citado.
