Se imponen las sanciones indicadas en los apartes c), d) y e) del artículo 289, por reincidencia en las sanciones previstas y en el artículo anterior y por otras como las siguientes: 1º Abandonar el puesto durante el día. 2º Mofarse de los compañeros o ridiculizarse. 3º Descansar en cama durante el día sin motivo justificado. 4º Causar daños por negligencia o descuido en el material del Establecimiento. 5º Dañar el vestuario y los objetos de uso personal.
