Requisitos para ascenso policial. Los docentes policiales de planta en los cargos de: Director de Escuela, Comandante de Compañía, Comandante de Sección, Escuadra, o cuyo cargo tenga dentro de sus funciones la dedicación exclusiva como docente policial de la Escuela Nacional de Policía y sus Escuelas Seccionales, tendrán derecho a que se les reconozca como requisito de ascenso de acuerdo con la ley, su dedicación a labores docentes.
