ARTICULO 3.5.1.13.- OBLIGACION DE RESERVA.- Los depósitos centralizados de valores sólo podrán suministrar información sobre los depósitos y demás operaciones que realicen al depositante y a las autoridades públicas que lo soliciten en los casos previstos por la ley.
