º La sanción por retraso en el asiento contable de las partidas de las operaciones diarias se disminuirá en un 90% por el primer mes de retraso, un 80% por el segundo mes ibais sucesivamente hasta la aplicación del 100% de la sanción por libros vigentes que corresponderá a un atrato de diez meses o más. Para establecer el atraso no se tomará en cuenta el mes anterior a la fecha de la visita.
