LA OMISIÓN DEL NIT O DEL NOMBRE EN LA CORRESPONDENCIA, FACTURAS Y RECIBOS PERMITEN PRESUMIR INGRESOS. El incumplimiento del deber contemplado en el artículo 619, hará presumir la omisión de pagos declarados por terceros, por parte del presunto beneficiario de los mismos.
