PAGO DE MULTAS. Los Pagadores del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad deducirán de la asignación básica mensual que corresponda a los empleados el valor de las multas que se les impongan, el cual deberá ser girado a la Tesorería del Fondo Rotatorio del DAS. Si el funcionario se encuentra retirado del Departamento, se enviará copia de la providencia a la Pagaduría de la entidad oficial a la cual se haya vinculado; pero si está definitivamente retirado del servicio público se remitirá lo pertinente al Juzgado Nacional de Ejecuciones Fiscales para su cobro ejecutivo. En ambos casos el valor de la multa se girará al Fondo Rotatorio del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad.
