El título de propiedad consistirá en copia debidamente autenticada de la resolución que dicte el Ministerio de Agricultura concediendo adjudicación definitiva, y protocolizada por el empleado que haga de Notario.

Parágrafo

Dichos títulos se declararán exentos del pago de los derechos de timbre y papel sellado, registro fiscal y Notaría.

Parágrafo

Esta exención no comprende las escrituras y demás documentos por los cuales los colonos se transmitan la propiedad y domicilio de sus fincas.
