CIRCUNSTANCIAS DE LA ORDEN. La orden debe cumplirse en el tiempo, modo y lugar indicados por el superior. Cuando al ejecutarla aparecieren circunstancias de fuerza mayor que puedan modificar su ejecución, su cumplimiento puede ser dilatado o variado, siempre que no pudiere consultarse al superior, a quien se comunicará la decisión tomada, tan pronto sea posible.
