° . El artículo 22 del Decreto 2542 de 1997 quedará así: Artículo 22. Limitación del número de líneas. En ningún momento los concesionarios de licencias de TPBCLD o sus socios o empresas subordinadas o filiales o matrices, que prestan servicios de TPBCL o TPBCLE podrán operar o tener directa o indirectamente, en conjunto o individualmente más del cuarenta y tres por ciento (43%) del total de las líneas instaladas y en servicio en el país. Para efectos del cómputo del anterior porcentaje, se tendrán únicamente en cuenta el número de líneas instaladas y en servicio de los operadores de TPBCL y TPBCLE que tengan más del sesenta por ciento (60%) de participación en el mercado relevante de estos servicios.
