Medición y balance de masas. Las personas prestadoras de la actividad de aprovechamiento deberán realizar el balance de masas a partir del pesaje de las cantidades mensuales de residuos sólidos ordinarios aprovechables que ingresen a la estación de clasificación y aprovechamiento, las que efectivamente son aprovechadas por su reincorporación al ciclo económico productivo y las que son rechazadas teniendo en cuenta que el saldo corresponde a las cantidades almacenadas. Este balance de masas deberá ser reportado, mensualmente, a la Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios.
