La mercancía almacenada o depositada en almacenes generales de depósito estará sometida en todo sentido a la custodia, autoridad y supervigilancia del respectivo Administrador de aduana que tenga jurisdicción sobre los edificios donde esté situado el correspondiente almacén general de depósito, y, salvo lo dispuesto en contrario, a todas las leyes que rigen la importación, la exportación y el transporte de mercancía sujeta a derechos.
