° El Hospital Militar Central como instituto autónomo, científico y docente, puede recibir donaciones, ayuda económica y asesoría técnica de fundaciones y otras entidades nacionales o extranjeras interesadas en su desarrollo. Asimismo podrá contratar empréstitos y hacer cualquier otro género de operaciones financieras acordes con su fines.
