ARTICULO 15º. INTEGRACION DE LAS SECCIONES Y SUBSECCIONES. La Sección Primera estará integrada por cinco (5) Magistrados; la Sección Segunda por doce (12) Magistrados; la Sección Tercera por cinco (5) Magistrados; y la Sección Cuarta por seis (6) Magistrados.
Cada Magistrado tendrá un Oficial Mayor, grado 12 y un Auxiliar Judicial, grado 11, de su libre nombramiento y remoción.
