Incompatibilidad con otros beneficios salariales. Los elementos salariales regulados en el presente decreto, son incompatibles con cualquier otra bonificación, retribución, elemento o factor salarial que perciban los empleados por el mismo o similar concepto o que remunere lo mismo, independientemente de su denominación, origen o fuente de financiación, en especial las contempladas en el Decreto número 2351 de 2014 y en el Decreto número 2418 de 2015.
