del presente artículo, los suscriptores de los convenios correspondientes harán entrega al declarante de una cantidad de sellos suficiente para identificar las unidades.

Parágrafo

Cuando se trate de un importador que tenga habilitado un depósito privado, los suscriptores de los convenios dispondrán la entrega de los sellos que le permita disponer al importador de un inventario de los mismos, adecuado al volumen y periodicidad de sus importaciones.
