Adiciónese un

Parágrafo transitorio

al artículo 2.2.2.1.1. del Capítulo 1 del Título 2 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1821 de 2020, el cual quedará así: “

Los rendimientos financieros de Asignaciones Directas generados en la cuenta única del Sistema General de Regalías antes del 31 de diciembre de 2020, que no hayan sido incorporados en el presupuesto del Sistema General de Regalías, deberán ser incorporados en el presupuesto del Sistema General de Regalías de la vigencia 2021-2022, siguiendo la metodología del
