DEL PROCESO DE ADOPCIÓN DE LAS PLANTAS DE PERSONAL. Las plantas de personal se ajustarán al sistema de clasificación y remuneración previsto en el presente Decreto. Los actos por medio de los cuales se adopten o reformen dichas plantas deberán ser aprobados por, decreto del Gobierno que llevará las firmas del Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, del Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil y del Jefe del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil.
