Cuando un instrumento se vuelva a negociar con una parte anterior esta puede, con sujeción a lo previsto en este capítulo, volver a emitirlo y negociarlo de nuevo; pero esto no lo habilita para exigirle el pago a una parte o persona a quien ella estuviere personalmente obligada.
