Traslado de Fondo Cuenta . A partir de la vigencia del presente decreto, trasládase el Fondo Nacional para la Defensa de la Libertad Personal, adscrito al Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, al Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho, el que continuará funcionando como una cuenta especial, sin personería jurídica, como un sistema separado de cuenta, con el mismo régimen establecido en la Ley 418 de 1997.
