Art 1o. Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para que declare libres de derechos de importación las muestras de productos fabricados en Alemania, Suiza y Bohemia que el señor José T. Gaibrois introduzca por las Aduanas del Atlántico, con el fin de exhibirlas en Bogotá para que sean conocidas por el comercio y por el público en general.
