Cuando la parte demandante o demandada sea una persona jurídica, no tiene derecho la parte contraria de recusar por la causal cuarta del artículo 421, ni por la que, siendo puramente personales, sólo pueden referirse a los individuos que representan o componen la persona jurídica; ni en tales casos existe impedimento en los Jueces o Magistrados.
